These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BlowBattle.com (the "Site"), operated by Blow Battle ("we", "us"), Los Angeles, California, United States. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Adults only

The Site contains sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access it. You confirm that viewing such material is legal where you are and that you will not allow minors to access the Site or your account.

2. Membership and billing

Membership costs $19.99 billed monthly until canceled. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date and your payment method is charged $19.99 (plus any applicable taxes) until you cancel. Cancel anytime.

Payments are processed by our billing provider, Verotel (Bill / billing.creditcard). The charge may appear on your statement under a Verotel or vtsup.com descriptor. We do not store your full card details.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time by visiting our billing provider's support site at vtsup.com and choosing "Cancel membership", or by contacting us at support@blowbattle.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. All sales are final; no refunds. Billing errors or unauthorized charges can be reported to our billing provider at vtsup.com. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your account

Accounts are for one person and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• download, copy, record, redistribute, resell or publicly display Site content except as the Site expressly allows;
• share your login or circumvent access controls, paywalls or technical protections;
• post comments that are illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or that reveal personal information about anyone, including performers;
• post or request content involving minors, non-consent, or anything illegal;
• manipulate voting (multiple accounts, bots, scripts);
• scrape, crawl or overload the Site, or attempt unauthorized access.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

6. Voting and comments

Voting and comments are member features. Results are for entertainment only. We may moderate, edit or remove comments at our discretion.

7. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Blow Battle and is protected by copyright. Your membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for private, non-commercial viewing. All performers were 18 or older at the time of production; see our 2257 statement.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. We may suspend or end access for violations. You may stop using the Site and cancel at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
