Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final

All sales are final; no refunds. Membership is $19.99 billed monthly until canceled. Because members get immediate access to digital content, payments are not refundable, including for partially used billing periods.

Cancel anytime

Members can cancel anytime to stop future billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. To cancel:

• visit our billing provider's support site at vtsup.com and choose "Cancel membership"; or
• use Verotel's cancellation page: secure.billing.creditcard/en/cancellookup; or
• email support@blowbattle.com with the email address on your membership.

You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.

Billing errors and unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation) or a charge was not authorized by you, report it to our billing provider, Verotel, at vtsup.com (US toll-free 1-877-872-9246), or contact us at support@blowbattle.com. Verified billing errors are corrected by the billing provider.
